Process
How a project moves forward.
The same six stages apply whether a project is architecture, interior design or renovation — the depth of each stage changes depending on scope.
Discover
We start by understanding the site, the brief and how you actually intend to live or work in the space — requirements, constraints and aspirations.
Concept
A spatial and visual direction takes shape — layout options, material language and the overall design idea for the project.
Design Development
The concept is developed into detailed architectural and/or interior design drawings, refined against budget and feasibility.
Visualize
3D visualization of key spaces, so decisions on layout, material and finish are made with a clear view of the outcome before work begins.
Documentation
Technical drawings and specifications are prepared to guide accurate execution on site.
Execute
Our team supports execution through to completion, coordinating the project within the agreed budget and timeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the project type and scope. Concept and design development for an interior project move faster than a full architecture project with technical documentation and approvals. We give a realistic timeline once we understand your brief.
What do you need from me during the process?
Mainly clarity early on — your budget range, how you use the space, and timely decisions at each review stage. The clearer the brief upfront, the fewer changes are needed later.
Can the design change after we approve the concept?
Changes are more manageable earlier in the process (concept, design development) than after technical documentation is complete, since drawings and approvals are built on the approved design. We flag this at each stage so decisions are made with that in mind.
